Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Every order is processed within 5 to 7 business days. This is your investment, so before it ships, we take the time to check it over and make sure everything is exactly as it should be. This does not include weekends or holidays. During high demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, and you will be notified if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery takes an additional 3 to 5 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery

Please allow 8 to 12 business days from the date you place your order to the date it arrives.

Shipping Method

At this time we offer standard shipping only. All packages require a signature upon delivery. This is to protect your investment and ensure your order lands safely in your hands.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout, as it cannot be changed once an order is placed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tempest Ruth Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Since a signature is required, we recommend being available to receive your package or arranging pickup from a secure delivery location. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
